Making a Difference…

Dear Friend,

Thank you for partnering with me to make a difference in North Philadelphia. From the first time I knelt in the end-zone or ever stood in the pulpit, giving thanks to God for those who have come along side me has always been important. “Together we can make a difference.”

I am thankful for the good hand of my God in every endeavor along the way. Together we have served those in poverty with services and support that enable them to acquire education and jobs to meet the needs of their family. With your support we have taken a church of 17 to thousands, grown child-care to a 12th grade charter school, founded Stand for Africa and opened the HOPE pregnancy center.

Together we have transformed two blocks on North Broad Street and impacted the greater Philadelphia area. The vision you share with me has been repeated countless times through students learning an entrepreneurial spirit, mothers saving their baby, father’s accepting responsibility and adults gaining the skills necessary to earn their way to success.
