Dear friend,

As we celebrate 30 years along North Broad Street, I wanted to thank you for being a part of my vision to break the cycle of poverty through educational endeavors. Together, WE are changing lives. Thank you!

When I first stepped off the bus in Chester for the NFL Eagles training camp I could not have imagined where the journey would take me. From the first time I knelt in the end zone, I have not ceased to thank God for every teammate, business partner, investment banker, monthly donor and weekly volunteer who has shared my vision.

Together we have served those in poverty with services and support that enable them to acquire education and jobs to meet the needs of their family. With your support we have taken a church of 17 to thousands, grown child-care to a charter school, founded Stand for Africa and opened the HOPE pregnancy center.

Together we have transformed two blocks on North Broad Street and impacted the greater Philadelphia area. The vision you share with me has been repeated countless times through students learning an entrepreneurial spirit, mothers saving their baby, father’s accepting responsibility and adults gaining the skills necessary to earn their way to success.
