Rev. Robert J. McFadden
Chief Executive Officer, People for People, Inc.

Robert J. McFadden has served as Chief Executive Officer of People for
People, Inc. since August of 2023. With over 30 years of leadership in
business development, strategic consulting, and organizational growth, he
brings a wealth of experience to the role. Prior to joining People for People,
Inc., Rev. McFadden was the Principal and CEO of Quadrant Thinking,
where he led national initiatives and advised Fortune 500 clients. He also
held executive positions at Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Ciba-Geigy
Corporation.
Rev. McFadden holds an MBA from Webster University and a B.S. in
Business Administration from Rowan University. As CEO, he remains
committed to carrying forward the legacy and vision of People for People’s
beloved founder, Rev. Dr. Herbert H. Lusk II, by advancing the mission to
break cycles of poverty through faith, education, and opportunity.
